Welcome to Overlander Restaurant where international 6 star trained Chef Dionn Dailo will delight you with Australian favourites and best the world has to offer.  With 25 years experience Chef Dionn started his trade in the Phillipines at Manilla’s Shangri La Hotel.  From there he spent more than a decade on some of the most exclusive 6 star cruise liners sailing the world and perfecting his cullinary talents.

It was here Chef Dionn met his wife Lorena who together will be your hosts.  Dionn prides himself on being able to prepare almost every countries’ national dish and you will see this theme through his menu.  Dionn and Lorena always had a dream to live in Australia and so in 2012 moved here and took over running the Springsure Overlander.  Since then Dionn has developed a reputation for his superb steaks, delightful curries and most of all his specialty dishes from the Phillipines, some of which are closely guarded secret family recipes.
